Kaiser Permanente (KP) has designed and developed a scalable, service-oriented architecture and delivery factory framework, integrating multiple KP organizations, including strategic vendors and ISVs, into a hybrid cloud platform. Since going live, the model has scaled up five-fold beyond the initial framework. The presenters will discuss the process, automation for design and deployment, plus the various integration points that make a real difference.
